A day on site
1The survey
On site, the technician takes photos, dictates the findings, notes the equipment found and the work to do.
2The quote
In the office, “Create the quote” turns the survey's work into a priced quote from the catalogue.
3The job
Before/after photos, materials and time used, work on the equipment, and the client's signature on the screen.
4The invoice
The finished job becomes the invoice for what was really used. The payment is recorded with its date and method.
The technician dictates
They say it, Yuvimo writes itReplace 6 sockets, a 20 A breaker, 15 metres of cable, 3 hours of labour.
“Propose lines” reads what the technician dictated and finds it in the company's catalogue.
Proposed lines
| Qty | Ref. | Item | |
|---|---|---|---|
| 6 u | SKT2 | Double socket 13 A | |
| 1 u | MCB20 | Circuit breaker 20 A | |
| 15 m | CAB25 | Twin and earth cable 2.5 mm² | |
| 3 h | LAB-ELEC | Electrician labour |
The technician ticks the right lines; they join the survey or the job.
